Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GlowSphere at www.glowsphere.co(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
GlowSphere provides tools for beauty businesses to improve local search visibility, manage growth insights, and generate SEO blog content using artificial intelligence. Features may change or be updated over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use GlowSphere. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to bind any business you register.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@glowsphere.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- GlowSphere offers a paid subscription (GlowSphere Pro: $99/month) with a 7-day free trial for new customers, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current rate.
- You may cancel at any time through your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission
- Upload content that infringes others' rights or is harmful/abusive
- Use generated content in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
6. AI-generated content
Articles and recommendations are generated with AI based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing content before use. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, bookings, or specific business outcomes. Content is provided "as is" for your business use.
7. Intellectual property
GlowSphere, its branding, software, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your business information. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use GlowSphere ends, but sections that by nature should survive (payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations) will remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE SPECIFIC MARKETING RESULTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GlowSphere AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowSphere from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
